If You've Gots the Poison, Then I've Gots the Remedy
Argh... It's THE time of the year again... The busiest, most stressful, saddest, most annoying, most HEAVY part of the year. NOVEMBER - where all the project deadlines are looming right infront of you, all your assignments are piling up infront of you, the dreaded EXAMINATIONS are just a few weeks away and oh yah, you haven't been listening in class for the past 10 weeks.
To top it off, this time, I am burdened by exchange matters to settle! That includes air tickets, accommodation, course enrollment, insurance etc etc. Aiyayayayaaaahhh! It can be so complicated and irritating. I really just wanna get it done and over with, but these steps are cumulative. For example, if I don't submit my application for my accommodation, I cannot pay the deposit. (but I have done these already) And if I have yet to book my air tickets, I don't know when to get my insurance, and if I don't get my insurance, I cannot apply for a Qucard to enroll for my courses, and if I don't enroll for my commerce courses yet, I cannot start applying for my outside-Commerce courses. ZOMG.
But anyway, I defied the "sequence" and went ahead to settle my insurance without settling the air tickets yet haha. But at least I have reserved a seat on BA that's due to fly on 6th Jan and reach Toronto on 7th Jan. Sounds kinda rushed huh. Orientation is on 10th Jan. Well, I have 3 days to settle in, or 2 rather... Since I arrive in Toronto at about 3++pm.
I keep reminding myself that although I am "suffering" now, it won't be so bad when I go over. Better to settle everything in the comfort of my home than go over and be stranded and lost and helpless! Hmm, and I can't wait to go over too =) Cos that means all the annoying stuff has been settled. Yes... and I can get a taste of exchange life! Wheee! Can't wait =D Too psyched for it!
But before I can look forward to that, there's all this projects and exam stuff I must tackle. Ughh. So many deadlines, so little time damn it!
Tomorrow... yes, tomorrow I will finish more. I will accomplish more tasks. Yes. (continues to kid myself I can do it all...)
I've gots the remedy!!!
